1. How do I get a pot hole fixed or report a concern about signage?: Report a concern online, use the City’s See Click Fix app, or call 3-1-1.

3. How much water do we treat each day?: The Southeast Wastewater Treatment Plant processes 6 million gallons per day with a 12.5 million gallon max flow. The Northwest Wastewater Treatment Plant processes 2.64 million gallons per day with a 6.6 million gallon max flow.

4. Who do I call when my garbage has not been picked up?: Call the Maintenance and Environmental Services Office at (618) 457-3275.

5. Who should I contact about pavement failures, overhead street lighting, traffic signs, traffic signals, street litter and debris, snow and ice control and storm water drainage?: Contact the Maintenance and Environmental Services Office at (618) 457-3275.

6. Who repairs and/or replaces burned out or damaged street lights?: You can report damaged or non-operating street lights online by using SeeClickFix. You can also call Maintenance and Environmental Services at (618) 457-3273.

7. Will the City repair/replace the sidewalk in front of my home?: Sidewalks in the City of Carbondale are the responsibility of the property owner. The only instance where the City will replace a sidewalk is if it is disturbed in the process of replacing or repairing a water or sewer line.
