CARBONDALE – On 02-20-23 at 8:20 P.M., City of Carbondale police officers responded to the 100 block of West Walnut Street regarding a traffic crash involving a car and a pedestrian. The pedestrian was transported to Memorial Hospital of Carbondale with non-life-threatening injuries. The investigation into the cause of the crash is active and ongoing. No information about the involved parties is being released at this time.
