[ARCHIVED] Aggravated Robbery Investigation

 On 06-17-22 at 10:19 p.m., City of Carbondale police officers responded to the 700 block of East Main Street regarding a report of a robbery.  Officers learned the suspect entered the room of the victim and demanded money while implying he had a weapon.  Officers located the suspect nearby and identified him as Roosevelt Clark, 51 of Carbondale.  Officers arrested Clark and charged him with Aggravated Robbery, as well as a Williamson County Warrant for failure to appear for a traffic offense.  Clark was incarcerated in the Jackson County Jail.  The investigation is active and ongoing.
