FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
CARBONDALE – The City of Carbondale is seeking your input on the proposed expansion of Carbondale’s TIF #2 into portions of three residential neighborhoods including the Arbor District, Northeast District, and Northwest District.
Carbondale residents are invited to attend a public meeting on Wednesday, June 23, at 6 p.m. in Room 108 at the Carbondale Civic Center to discuss the proposed changes.
The City encourages residents to attend to provide feedback and learn more about Tax Increment Financing Districts and how they can be used as a financial incentive to stimulate residential investment.
