[ARCHIVED] City of Carbondale Transitioning to Online E-Pay Forms

Online E-Pay

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

CARBONDALE – The City of Carbondale is converting City forms to online forms using an e-pay feature to make submitting and paying fees more convenient for the public.

Some of the newest online forms available include Residential Water, Sewer, and Refuse Service Connect Form; Auto Debit Application for water/sewer bills; Building-Related Permits; and Pay-By-Mail for Ordinance Violations.

Residents can find the online forms by clicking the round "FORMS" button on the City's website explorecarbondale.com.

To utilize the online e-pay forms, users must create an account on the City's website. For directions on creating an account, click here.

If you do not wish to pay online or use online forms, payments and forms can still be processed at City Hall.

We also encourage residents to sign up for City alerts! The alerts you receive are customizable, allowing you to choose areas of interest such as news releases, job openings, and bid postings. To sign up for City alerts, click here. For a video walk-through demonstration on signing up, click here.

For more information on online forms, contact Krysty Gray, the City of Carbondale's Website Administrator, at 618-457-3287.
