The City of Carbondale Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a suspect involved in an Unlawful Use of Credit Card investigation. On 08/17/20, the victim reported losing their wallet and its contents at a local convenience store. The following day, numerous transactions were located on the victim’s account at various businesses to include Wal-Mart and Walgreens. Anyone who knows the identity of the suspect, pictured below, or has any information concerning this incident is encouraged to contact the police department at 618-457-3200 or Crime Stoppers at 618-549-COPS. The investigation into the incident is active and ongoing.
