On 11-12-20 at approximately 5:35 p.m., officers of the City of Carbondale Police Department responded to the 1400 block of East Walnut Street in reference to a report of a robbery. Officers learned the suspect grabbed the victim and a struggle between the two ensued. During the struggle, the suspect stole property from the victim and fled on foot. The suspect was described as a black male about 5'9" tall wearing a white hooded sweatshirt.
