[ARCHIVED] Fresh Fitness Returns to Turley Park

CARBONDALE – The City of Carbondale, Carbondale Park District and SIU Student Recreation Center are excited to offer Fresh Fitness classes this Fall at Turley Park.

The exercise classes will be held on September 7, 14 and 21 from 10-11 a.m. SIU Rec Center instructors will teach a variety of cardio and strength training classes. No experience is necessary. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothes and bring a water bottle. A cash donation of $5 is suggested.
