[ARCHIVED] Death Investigation

On 05-17-19 at approximately 1:49 a.m., officers with the City of Carbondale Police Department responded to the 800 block of West Mill Street in reference to a subject trapped in a mechanical device.  Officers located a female, 37 years of age, deceased in the device.  The victim is not being identified as this time pending notifications of family members.  The investigation into the death is currently active and ongoing.
